Dr. Pam, President and Chief Learning Officer, serves clients nationally and internationally and has taught for various universities in Maryland and for the University of Southern California. She has facilitated training with mental health workers, attorneys, returning citizens, members of gangs, violence interrupters, and women with a complex trauma history. She is the author of 5 self-help books, one of which was turned into a highly acclaimed stage production.

She is the Chair of Executive Alliance, a premier organization in Maryland that accelerates the success and leadership of accomplished women by expanding their impact and influence through advocacy, education, and mentorship. Pam also serves on the Governor's Family Violence Council where she is completing a second term and serves her local church in leadership and support roles.

Pam is an Emeritus Director of the University System of Maryland Foundation Board, the former Chair of a University's Development Foundation Board, and has served on numerous other boards. She has also served on executive search committees, planning and advisory committees, and as a mentor for many women.
